GSR-X1

GSR-X1 is a multi-use kit developed for mapping GSR across entire crime scenes—ideal for spatial documentation and incident reconstruction.

Kit contains:

• 1x Lumetallix GSR detection reagent (little spray vial)

• 1x UV LED torch (365–395 nm wavelength)

• 1x Pair of nitrile gloves

• 1x Microfibre cleaning cloth

• 1x Instruction card

• 1x Blank Evidence label

Instructions on lid:

• Ensure a low light environment for testing

• Put on the included nitrile gloves to prevent contamination.

• Illuminate the test area with Lumetallix LeadLight

• Spray GRSX 1 reagent on hands or clothing.

• Visual result: green luminescence indicates presence of lead-based GSR

• Add filled in evidence label to the test area

• Photograph the test result for evidence documentation
